INVENTORY HEALTH DASHBOARD
OVERVIEW
This Power BI dashboard was designed to support a CPG company's weekly inventory health meetings by providing real-time visibility into key inventory metrics. It consolidates data from eight different Excel sources and presents insights through five dynamic visualizations, enabling the operations team to quickly access critical data for specific SKUs or product categories and make informed inventory management decisions.
PROBLEM & SOLUTION
The Challenge:
The operations team relied on manual data exports and transformations to give inventory updates, leading to potential delays, inaccuracies, and difficulties in tracking long-term inventory health. They needed a centralized, dynamic solution to streamline this process.

This interactive Power BI dashboard provides real-time inventory tracking, highlights top-risk SKUs, and enables data-driven decision-making. With multiple slicers and adaptable visualizations, it offers a user-friendly experience while ensuring data accuracy and alignment with supply chain needs.
